I had an exceptional stay with outstanding service from the staff who truly made me feel valued with their personalized recommendations. The room was beautifully designed, combining comfort with local culture, and I loved the unique rooftop experiences. On the downside, while the pool and hot tub were inviting, I would have liked more dining options available throughout the day.
